This document applies to all operations and activities in the cocoa supply chain that involve physical
handling of certified products, a change of ownership and leading to product claims. The UTZ
CERTIFIED cocoa program and these Chain of Custody requirements only cover the 'cocoa' content of
chocolate products. Other end-product ingredients of chocolate products are not included.
